Order Information

  • Delivery and Returns

Despatch will be made within 2-3 working days from date of order. Actual delivery will depend on the final destination of the goods. Confirmation of delivery will be sent by email when the goods are despatched. This will contain a unique tracking number so that you can check the progress of your order.

If you wish to return your order, please send an email to ultima@dunlopcb.com providing your order details and the reason for wishing to return the goods. Please allow 48 working hours for your request to be processed.

All other terms and conditions are as per the “Terms and Conditions” located at the bottom of each page of this website.

  • What is the order waiting time?

Once you place your order, we will prepare it for shipping within 2-3 days and pass on to the carrier. The delivery of your order will differ based on your location.

  • Product you are looking for is not here (different specifications)?

Please, send us an email with specifications you need to ultima@dunlopcb.com You will receive a reply from us within few days.

  • How is the product packed?

We make sure your order will get to you safe and sound. We pack the 10M rolls/2000MM wide wrapped in UV resistant white Dunlop sheeting, supplied on a cardboard core and packed on a pallet. You will receive a reply from us within few days.

  • What is the warranty for the product?

  • What if I am outside of Europe?

Should you be located outside of Europe, please send us a direct email to ultima@dunlopcb.com with your order specifications (product and quantity) and your location. You will receive a reply from us within few days.

  • Do you supply ready-cut skirting rubber?

Although Ultima 40 can be used for skirting, we do not supply it in any other dimensions than 10 m rolls 2000 mm wide.

  • Do you also supply glue?

Yes, we supply glue but to ensure safe handling we do not sell it online but provide it via our local offices. For glue orders, please contact sales@dunlopcb.com or your regular sales contact.

  • What if my payment didn’t go through?

If your payment didn’t go through, please send us an email to ultima@dunlopcb.com

  • What if I need to ship my purchase to different shipping addresses?

If you need your order to be shipped to different locations, please place separate orders for each location. You can add a new location address in your account, under Address Book.

  • What if I want to order more than 10 rolls?

While you can only order up to 10 rolls directly from the product page, you can later change the quantity of an ordered item in your cart in the Quantity box manually.

  • What if I don’t know/have a VAT number?

If you don’t have a VAT number leave this field unfilled.

  • What are the reasons and time frame for returns?

You may return your items if they are faulty or not as described (product parameters) within 28 days from your delivery date.

  • What if I need to cancel my order?

In order to get a full refund, you can cancel your order within 24 hours from the purchase date by sending an email to ultima@dunlopcb.com with full order details.

  • What if I need to change my order (address, quantity etc.)?

If you made a mistake or simply need to change your order details, please cancel your order and place a new one with changed information by sending an email to ultima@dunlopcb.com within 24 hours.

  • Can I buy longer rolls than the 10 m rolls offered on the site?

If you need Ultima roll to be longer than 10m, please place your order via sales representative or at ultima@dunlopcb.com

  • Can I buy different thickness than what is offered on the site?

If you need a different thickness of Ultima, please place your order via sales representative or at ultima@dunlopcb.com
